I bought a Sherpa lined Carhartt coat years ago. It’s now splattered with liquid nails, paint, etc. so it looks horrible. But it’s still very warm and indestructible. All buttons, zippers, seams, etc still work/closed. Only problem for me is the hood is extra big to accommodate a hard hat. It either falls down to cover my eyes or I have to roll it up.

(Thanks for the heads up on Legendary Whitetails. I was thinking of buying a new coat and the finalists were Carhartt, Dickies, or them. I’ll cross them off my list.)

I have that exact coat in grey. I bought it in maybe 2016 off the clearance rack at tractor supply for $40. One of the best coats I've ever owned for durability. I have sheep cows and pigs and wear it all the time. It gets abused and holds up to the abuse.

It would be perfect if you could adjust the hood for non hard hatted heads.

I'm actually thinking mine isn't made for a hard hat. I've got a few carhartt coats and some definitely have monster hoods but this one doesn't seem to be that big.

I wish we could exchange coats. Unless I wear a hat under the hood, mine will cover everything above my nose. And I even have a fairly big head (large hat size)
