There is no BIFL brand, but there are BIFL mattress types and the #1 most touted one is latex. If you want a BIFL mattress, you want a latex one. Will you like it as they are heavy as hell, tend to be pricey and hot? Those are you questions as most mattress questions are you questions vice internet questions.

Hi! I actually read through a lot of previous posts and a lot pointed to Sterns and Foster and Tempur-pedic as being of quality. These were all found in comments— but never saw anyone directly discuss the brands against one another, hence my specific question.
