I cut my own hair and beard and I’m in the market for a new trimmer/clipper. Ideally one that does both well. I only need one guard for my hair (1”), as well as a very sharp blade for shaping and trimming my beard. Also I know cordless isn’t very BIFL friendly but I already contort my arm enough to cut the back of my head hair, a cord really just makes things harder.
It seems like the best option I’ve found is the Magic Clip cordless. It has a replaceable battery (though it looks like it involved a decent amount of effort). And of course Magic Clips are renowned for being quality. However the price is pretty high (though not out of budget) and I’m worried it’s too bulky for quick beard trims and trickier back of the head type cuts.
Any other options worth considering?

I know you wanted cordless, but I have the Ooster 76 and it's simply fantastic. Talk about BIFL, this thing is a beast.
I also did just get this Philips Norelco for beard trimming. Is pretty damn good. But haven't had it for very long.
