Looking for a messenger bag in either leather or waxed canvas, what brands do people look for?

Second this. Boyfriend has two bags from them collected over a few christmases over the years. They only break in, never wear out. He’s five years in to one of the bags and I don’t think he’ll need to replace it until he retires (currently in his 20s), he loves it.

I have a Tumi bag for 10+ years of daily use, and it still looks perfect. Almost no wear.
