I’ve had this Dakine backpack for ~17 years and have taken it on all my trips. The zippers on this thing still work like they are new. All my other backpacks have had their zippers break off so this is my old trusty pack.ShellSide t1_j5tdgu6 wrote
Fiance had a dakine bag for about a year and the zipper stitching separated from the bag. It took them about 4 weeks from when I filled the warranty request to them sending me a gift card for the value of the bag. So even if it does have an issue, they cover them well.
