American giant has womens hoodies - they are amazing! Super thick and sturdy, great stitching. I have one still growing strong after 7 years. A bit pricy but worth it.

My Hanes (ComfortBlend^(R) EcoSmart^(TM)) full-zip hoodie has lasted almost 10 years and is still going strong. No pilling, fraying, or wearing down in any spot. It's 50/50 cotton-poly, but it feels like cotton -- not poly texture. I've had Uniqlo hoodies that pill within months, and my Nike (unknown manufacturer) has worn down at the cuffs. I use the Hanes just around the house.

North 40 has an amazing, heavy 100% cotton slim body hoody in their name brand (Smith & Rogue) for $59 if there are any left. Mens and women’s. Better than American Giant imo.

I was thinking about purchasing this Patagonia Spirited Seasons Uprisal Full-Zip Hoody. I do not know much about it, but Patagonia is a great brand, and its price is $99 (Exactly your budget).

I have several of their heavyweight hoodies. Can’t remember exactly how long ago I got them, but I’d guess between 6-8 years. I’ll probably never buy another hoodie brand.
