Beautiful!

Just out of precaution (and I’m not sure if this only applies to cribs), but I believe spacing for slats should be no more than 2 3/8” apart. I think this is to prevent body parts (mainly the head) from getting stuck between the slats.

Genuinely not trying to be “that person”, just wanted to communicate this in case you weren’t aware (only the best for the babes!).

This is one thing I would highly recommend not to use with a baby. The consequences are deadly and it happens so fast. My old firm did legal work for The Danny Foundation. Too many kids are killed or disabled by old cribs.

The first users have passed away for a couple of years by now, so I guess it's a well deserved "Buy It For Life" object !
And a good example of reuse and non-consumerism !
