Sheertex makes amazing tights. Right now they only have black and some bright colors but they're about to drop nude colors. I bought when they were $35 over black Friday and they're definitely worth the money because you cannot break them! I'll be getting a nude color as well and then never need new ones again!

If black leggings are acceptable for the purpose, you might consider some merino wool leggings. Woolx and Minus33 both have some.

Mine had holes by the third wear, same thing happened to a friend who had them. They’re super expensive and seem to be hit or miss. For some people they last years and for others one wear. Super disappointing and of course they won’t exchange them because they claim I must have done something wrong. I’m not sure what because their ads show them being pulled on with pliers.

Could it be a fit vs weight vs body dynamics issue?
Like thighs chafing them?
Or larger calves or longer legs or something throwing off the fit?

Oh no! I've only worn mine a couple times. I'll have to watch out

Snag are terrific and pretty inexpensive. I buy the tights and I do tend to wear v. high denier, but 8 pairs have lasted me around 18months on constant rotation without wear, laddering or bobbling.

I agree. They're always the ones I reach for - I should just get rid of my other tights and order all Snag. I think the fact that they actually fit me properly really helps reduce wear and tear. I've had mine for a couple years and they're going strong.
