This is the best answer here. Wusthof (and Henckels) flagship lines cannot be beaten on durability. And I say that as a chef knife hobbyist and collector who's owned hundreds of blades from makers all over the world.

From a sheer utility standpoint, that fibrox will do everything needed from a chef's knife though, and it's definitely bifl.

It should be noted to stick with the Wusthof/Zwilling and avoid Henckels as the Henckels are not made to the same standard anymore. The Wusthof are still excellent though.
