I broke one they didn’t sell (small rectangle from glass Costco set) and they sent me one for free. Definitely contact them!

Same thing happened to me! It never even saw the inside of a dishwasher. Used their online form and they never responded. 😕 Maybe I’ll try again lol. Glad you got yours!
