Old school Cuisinart 14-cup. DFP-14BCNYC. Hard to get any better outside commercial equipment.

I have a super old version that predates this version by maybe 20 years. It still works as well today as it did when I first got it. It’s a complete tank.

I used to use Robocoupes in restaurants and the Cuisinart is not far behind.

Yessir. Very little has changed between the old ones and the modern equivalent. Mostly finishes.

Yes! I have a Cuisinart I bought in the 80's and "tank" is exactly what I think every time I use it. Still works great.

Breville - I got a reconditioned one and it’s great. Very sturdy.

It’s the civilian version of a robocoupe. They know a thing or two about food processors for restaurants. In fact, they’re so ubiquitous that’s it’s just called a “robocoupe” in the food service industry. Not a food processor.
