Some craftsman wrenches/mini wrenches. It’s a small set! My boyfriend said the small ones in a big set aren’t sold anymore; you usually have to get them individually now I think. I don’t know much though

Modern craftsman wrenches are probably worse quality too (though sometimes, despite the quality, if they're really old they might be a bit bulky/unwieldy....).

Nice. My grandpa used to keep his wrenches in an ammo can he brought back from Korea- really wish I asked him for it before he passed.

I'd load that box up with tools immediately, and just start random projects around the house

No visible rust. Looks to be a great candidate for a renewal. Post a pic if/when you do!

I hadn’t thought of that! I’ll look into seeing what I can do

DO NOT renew this. Those stains mean something more than a fresh coat of paint.

Do whatever you want, OP. There's nothing wrong with cleaning this up with a fresh coat of paint. I'm guessing the inside looks as dirty as the outside, and personally I wouldn't store my tools in something that dirty when I could just as easily clean it up. Also, it does appear that there's rust starting to creep in at the seams. Better to nip that in the bud before it spreads.

This clearly a 200 year old Fallout toolbox. Check it for an adhesive junk item.

Ohhh, good one! My dad had a toolbox just like this! I wonder what has become of it....
