Looking for womens tshirts preferably vnecks and mostly cotton that will last a long time. Any ideas?? Thought about Ll Bean and Patagonia but has anyone tried these?

I'm a fan of the Eddie Bauer t-shirts. They're super soft, tagless and they hold their shape pretty well over time. I have uber-sensitive skin and love them.
