The warranty does not apply to pins, patches, face masks, facial coverings, or related accessories. Please carefully review the exclusions to confirm whether your product is covered. I usually end up with issues with zippers and then they end up repairing whatever else they find that might be a little off even though it's usually light normal wear and tear. (It seems to take about 10 years to show any wear and tear at all and it's usually pretty mild).
