They have held up good, but I dont use and abuse them. I use them for brewing beer and smoking meats so I maybe use them 10 times a year.

I have used some similar to this. How stiff are they/how much dexterity do you keep wearing them? That was always my problem with that style.

I feel that my dexterity is good wearing them and they are not that stiff. I do at time have trouble gripping things.
