Do you mean Hunnewell Park out in Newton? As far as I know that big play area is NOT double fenced. There are also two separate gates which makes me nervous. One time there was a groundskeeper working on the premises who left the back gate ajar and a few of the doggies got out. We do not go there anymore.

Yeah I meant that. And i suppose by double fenced I mean, the entire park is fenced, and theres a dog park, so you can use that for whatever comfort level you have.

oh gotcha. I think technically you need some sort of pass to use the smaller dog park. if we're thinking about the same part of the park, it's also pretty small.
