does anyone have a recommendation for a good place to get an oil change in cambridge (where they wont rip me off)?

Valvoline on Mass Ave in North Cambridge is quick, reliable and reasonably priced.

Foreign Auto Center has always been honest with me ("you don't need to do this service yet"), although I haven't shopped around to compare prices. My oil change is $75 parts and $20 labor for a Golf GTI.

Chico's is my go to for everything. Very honest, no nonsense. As an example, they have proactively located used used parts(transmission) for us in the past to provide an option to bring down cost and not throw a new transmission in a car that didn't have too long left.

Chico’s is always friendly and honest. It’s my go-to place for anything like an oil change, inspection or any other general auto maintenance.

Why not go to your dealership when they have oil change specials? That's what I do with my Toyota. I check the various dealerships and there's usually one that has a coupon deal going. I usually start checking like a month before I'm due for a change.
