I know Whole Foods has them in season!
Collette in South Medford (and Melrose) and Praliné in Central (and Belmont) sell gallettes des Rois. But you do need to order in advanced at both places.
Colette has Galette des Rois during all of January. It's best to order on beforehand but you might get lucky if they have some extra. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm5AciwuxNB/
Clear Flour Bakery has them until tomorrow. Bonne chance!
I asked a lady in the WF bakery today and she said they didn’t make them.
They definitely have them- maybe the person you spoke with doesn't personally make them but I've seen king cakes at both the Fresh Pond and River St. Whole Foods before.
Ma france in Lexington!
Awesome news!!
The ones at Whole Foods are good flavor wise but are missing the baby!! So be prepared to add in your own if you go this route
The baby is the whole point!
That's funny- in New Orleans, the king cakes from Whole Foods do come with the baby!
Cafe Madeleine, you must reserve in advance.
