The Friendly Toast Opening?

Anyone know when The Friendly Toast is opening in Cambridge? On the corner of Mass Ave and Harvard Street, next to the Harvard Book Store and Mr. Bartleys burger? Saw the sign go up months ago and have been searching for any signs of a date!

I am also very interested, and the last thing I saw on the main friendly toast website was “early 2023.” But I subscribed to updates, so I hope I’m in the loop when info comes out. For what it’s worth, it looms like progress is being made…
