Where are your go-to spots to eat for under $10 in the area? I've found Punjabi Dhaba gets me enough food for two meals at $15. Thai Hut about the same. Angelo's Pizza is $7 for two big slices.

If you're not picky and are okay with eating later (or refrigerating/freezing and reheating), Too Good To Go has a lot of options: https://toogoodtogo.com/
This is super interesting, never heard of something like this before. Thanks for the tip!
I love it! Really cheap, I typically only order from places 4.5 stars and up. India Pavilion in Central gave me entree rice and a snack! So nice.
This is super cool. Just installed and put in an order. You gotta be a night owl for a lot of the deals though unfortunately. :-(
Wait, is Thai Hut in Porter Square open again? I thought they've been gone since COVID.
To answer your question: for about $10 I can get the regular size sub at Al's in Kendall or a HUGE one for $13. At Beantown Tacqueria, a "small" burrito is approximately $10 (maybe $11 with tax?), and I think it costs similar at Olé in Inman. The last time I was at Cambridge Common, the burger with fries was still just under $10, although tax and tip push up that cost. You can get a large pizza for < $10 at Domino's, although usually I'd rather just get slices from Pinocchio's. And if you go to Market Basket, the prepared sandwiches, pasta, and salads are all south of $10, but Daily Table has stupidly cheap prepared food, like $5 for rice and chicken.
Cambridge Common is surprisingly cheap.
It's not $10 cheap, but for a restaurant meal it's pretty damn good... great "uh oh our group of 10 starving grad students need dinner right now!" place.
It's why I go there! The beer punch is also in the sweet spot of the price-alcohol content-taste matrix, at least when you're with other people. I mean, ALSO, brunch is cheap and doesn't require standing in line. It might be my favorite restaurant.
All Star Pizza does half a pie for like $8, that’s for cheese though, toppings might be over the $10 mark
Guru the cater is like $15ish and definitely enough for 2 meals
punjabi dhaba
I haven’t tried a ton of their prepared foods, but Daily Table has a lot of very cheap meals you can just heat up. Probably not as nice as a restaurant meal, but I’ve gotten some decent stuff there.
Chipotle is my go to place for eating something healthy
Falafel Corner
A regular sized Burrito at Anna’s for under $10 is probably the best bang for your buck as far as balanced calories go. Tastes good too.
Iggy’s bread, either location, big slice of very substantial pizza or a fresh bagel or pastry, less than $10
Sometimes Uber has a BOGO. Comes to 7/8 bucks a 🍽️

Lyndell's in Ball Sq for breakfast, you can easily snag a large hot coffee, and a couple pastries for under $10. They're not gonna win a james beard award, but the quality floor is really high, and the counter staff are so nice
Or if you want a sit-down, Kelly's Diner is also pretty good but most meals are now just about at the $10 mark (unlimited diner coffee refills though!)
