Thanks for the suggestion, but I’m not looking for a sitter. Im looking for some games & entertainment.

Well, my next suggestion was going to be perhaps bringing in someone like KidzArt to run a kid-oriented activity in that adjacent room. (I’m not affiliated with KidzArt except that my kid loved attending their programs when he was younger.)

KidzArt is awesome. My kid did one of their after school programs on a half day a few years ago and had a great time.
