Touchet Touche or Oh What a Cake.

But the real answer is Costco, they’re like $15 and delicious.

Thanks. I heard a rumor that Costco is no longer selling cake. Perhaps not the one near us?

Wait what. That would be insane

Edit: they did for a bit during covid. I just had some Costco sheet cake at a party this weekend

I vote for Oh What a Cake! It’s a female black owned business and their cakes are AMAZING!

Harris Teeter in Kings Contrivance. Baker actually called me to talk through my requested design and discuss specific shades of frosting to make sure it was right and what I wanted. I explained my plans to add decorations at home and then she went above and beyond to give me specific tips on how to make the home decorations work without frustration. Saved me hours.

Much better than Wegmans. They flatly told me no when I asked if I could request green frosting.

Also much much more affordable than my past experiences with independent bakers. The extra cost was lost on the kids anyway.

Sams/BJs/Costco. No point in paying double for a sheet cake when it will be gobbled up.

If this cake is going to a daycare, do everyone a favor and opt for cupcakes. It makes things way easier for the daycare workers. I used to buy them from Wegmans for my son's daycare.

Fortunately don’t have to worry about that. It’ll be outside of school.
