I have used Ethan Dillinger from the same firm for a bit till my ex objected over a conflict.

They are a great firm. However, remember this always- Maryland courts will always try to lean more towards 50/50 if both parents present as fit and they both want the kids. Your personal thoughts and beliefs of who is a better parent won’t factor into that.

And more so, no attorney is going to not fight the big fight for you cause they get paid by the hour-every single email, call, text, talk…every single thing costs ~300/hr

So, think about that when you go to fight and figure out the worth of your sanity, your kids sanity and your finances.

If your ex is already using this firm, the other one to look at is Chad Spencer..a bit more aggressive than WS firm but he will tell you the cold hard truths as does his associate Tyler.

Oh, and hire a therapist immediately. Not because anything is wrong with you but it’s a heck ton cheaper to talk to your therapist rather than treating your attorney as a therapist. Remember, they aren’t your friend to spill the tea over everything I. Your life or you and your ex’s fights. But they will happily and kindly listen and charge you on the margin of ever 10-15 minutes.

Thank you for the tips. Our divorce was final in 2017. I definitely filled my lawyer's ear with emotion regularly. And paid him handsomely for it haha. I will reach out to the names you mentioned. Be well!
