There aren't, but it is decriminalized and there is a loophole where you can buy art and get bud with it as a free gift. Google how to do it before you try, it requires specific language but it's all perfectly legal.

If you have a valid medical license you can use any form of state issued ID. When I first got approved and all I hadn’t gotten my physical card in the mail yet so I was able to use my drivers license everywhere.

I lost my medical card, he said I could use my license(drivers) and I don't have a driver's license.
