I was stuck on 29 a few years ago. Two homeboys were racing each other, cutting in front of other cars. One of them came too close to a van and spooked the driver. The driver slammed the brakes and set off a chain reaction like this one. The homies just sped away. I see it all the time now. The proverbial “accident just waiting to happen”.
