IDK, the cops in Howard County have been pretty chill for as long as I've lived here. And IDK who else you're going to call when someone steals your catalytic converter?

The cops have a good success rate on recovering stolen catalytic converters? That'd be news to me.

You can call the cops if you want, they'll record the incident and go home, you still won't have your catalytic converter back.
