I lived in Eaves for a while. There are a number of bus depots in the area but by far the best is the one on Broken Land Pkwy near 32 with express buses to DC in the morning. There is a bus depot at the mall but I do not know if it is for local or if any buses go to Balt or MoCo. I would check the schedule
