I've been using Sabrina in Coventry for years. I just switched to Juliano's and I'll probably never go back to Sabrina. Most products consistently out of stock, and service has been... lackluster. Asked for hot tub consult, they never got back to me. They replaced some pipes, told me they'd come back after the ground settled to reset the pavers, but never heard from them.

I haven't had Juliano's do any service yet, but my experience with them so far - at least in Amston - has been significantly better.

+1 for Julianos, been using them for years. A couple of minor hickups but nothing too major. Only thing is expect the price to go up every s i n g l e year. I have them do my pool closings only.

Yeah, they are more expensive than Sabrina’s. I was originally turned off by that, but you generally get what you pay for.

Expensive but worth the extra expense, mostly.

They do our weekly + open and close. Rarely any issues. Be advised rhe contract is for 1hr max time per week, so they won't vacuum, for instance, if they're addressing a clogged filter pump that takes most of the hour up.

Had one guy that you could smell the weed on from 10 ft away ( we usually offer the guys a water or soda if it's warm out). We didn't say anything to the company, but he never came back.

Julianos either has a stake, or priority contracts, in a lot of their suppliers, so they're usually at the top of the list when it comes to priorities when supplies became tight.
