I'm not sure about that. I've been to Gino's in Philly. I could swear they use Velveeta.

Ginos and Pat's are a tourist trap. Pats gets credit for inventing the steak sandwich, and Genos gets credit for adding cheese. Beyond that, they're probably 2 of the worst options to choose from.
