Yeah, it’s call federal Covid relief money.
Lamont hasn’t done anything meaningful to fix the state’s finances; just got lucky.

Ahhhh yes, our governor and his wife embezzled $700 million of COVID relief funds and our state now has a $1 billion+ surplus because he “got lucky”… got it.

I thought much of the COVID relief went to Trump cronies like Empty Greene and her cohorts, in the manner of loans that were forgiven.
