How is South Norwalk not on at least the top 25...one of the best neighborhoods by far for professionals and empty nesters (we need more places like this represented on this list not just hallmark movie suburbs). Lots of diverse restaurants and shops (better than bland West Hartford imo), pretty walkable, and great access to the train station - all while being a model example of adaptive reuse (i.e. repurposing historical buildings). There's no neighborhood like it in CT to be honest.

Norwalk is 92. It's a tough one. South Norwalk is great, but other parts of Norwalk aren't. Honestly though I can't figure out how this list works at all.
