I'm moving to Naugatuck soon with my dog and I'm trying to find a pet store that sells raw dog food. The brand he's eating now is only available in the south and doesn't deliver this far north. I'm bringing up a month's supply so he's not changing food immediately after the move, but I'd still like to find a local store that has comparable food well before he starts running low.

Stop and shop, Walmart, probably big y all sell some sort of fresh food. I think there’s a place on rt 63 middlebury/Naugatuck line that is a higher end pet supply place. It’s on the left before Maggie McFlys if your coming from Naugatuck

Thank you! Where I am now, I've had to go to small local stores so I didn't even think about looking in the large chains.

Thank you! Looks like this store will be right on my commute home, so I'll check them out.

If you want to travel to Cheshire (it’s not a long drive), go to North Point Pets. They have a lot of raw dog food.

Cheshire Cat and Dog Too on RT70 on the Cheshire/Waterbury line is fantastic and they will give you free samples to make sure your dog will take to the food. I have used them for 10yrs. I had to switch to kibble as that's what my dog wanted as she aged, but if I recall, they also offer a free box after so many purchases for both certain kibble and raw.
