ruiner9 t1_je5syx4 wrote on March 29, 2023 at 4:51 PM I have. It was at a seatbelt checkpoint. I had to affix a plate and go to the DMV with it on within a week or I would have to pay the fine. Never drove without one again. Permalink 5
