Looking for a car sales place to purchase a used vehicle. Preferably 2017-2019, Sedan/SUV. I’d say price point 20-22k, mileage preference 50-70k. Any suggestions on dealerships? I’m in the Windsor area and haven’t had any luck with places nearby…I’ve found a few, but by the time I go take a look they are gone- and I’m talking a matter of days.

If you're looking for something that hasn't been through the auction system ( These tend to be cars the larger dealers don't want for some reason), skip all the dealerships on rt5 between Enfield and east hartford.

But it would be helpful to know more specifically what you are looking for. And maybe a price range too...

Truth.

The latest blue book value for my 2017 Tucson with 50k is about 18k for private party sale. And you know any dealerships are gonna cost a few thousand more just because they are a dealership. Add in the fact that it has a brand new motor and you just can’t find used cars, the dealership is gonna tack on a few thousand more.

As it is, my car is worth more now than I paid for it when I got it in August 2020.
