Harwinton 3%, thomaston 3%, all with great schools no buns shitting in public, nobody getting shot. You can work in Waterbury get a great salary then go pay half the taxes next door with awesome services. Low crime. The cops park over the townlines and the zombies know they better stay where they belong.
