Oh I see, so lighting played a roll in the quality of footage? Any idea of why it has taken more than a month to "sift" through the footage before releasing to public

Just a guess. Cops are slow. Could be that white on Hispanic crimes are lower priority than vice-versa? 🤷‍♂️
