Yup - Manchester by the mall. Were a couole of these rallies in Manchester/South windsor two years ago.

I remember one night around 10pm, at least 100 cars flew by my house, all revving their engines, took like 10 minutes for them to pass. They all blew a stopsigh at an intersection and wouldn't follow traffic laws, and made other people wait for them. I get that there is a car scene, and cars can be fun if that's your thing, but it's no different than the huge packs of loud bikers revving their engines either. Just a bunch of "look at me!" losers that think being loud together in a group makes you tough/cool

Vehicles with modified loud exhaust should fail at emissions. Inconsiderate, selfish people with loud cars and bikes are just desperate for attention.
