I can't answer that I'm sorry, but yes the school confirmed it was my teacher that has the felony for violating one of his restraining orders out against him which makes me more scared because this teacher already made me feel like something was off before finding out he was a felon with restraining orders against him

So you have a problem with the school not releasing information to you about the teacher but you won't give information either? You sound like the school that you're complaining about.

If it's that big of a problem for you talk to your guidance counselor about your options for switching classes, schools, or any other options that may be available to you.

Be aware that the world is full of people with criminal records, you can't avoid them all. Some you may never even know have criminal records.

No but I have gotten a lot of messages I'm PM saying I'm not allowed to say his name, I believe all of the information should be public as my dad pulled up my teachers Docket # and then the school confirmed it was him after my dad told them the docket number and his age 36 and they said yes that's him on the docket and that they won't tell him anything as he doesn't need to know about my teachers lives outside of school
