If you like the really standard ones, I think Peking House in Willimantic does a good job. It's a buffet, so you could go in and eat 30 of them for dinner if you wanted. 😁 Overall it's solid American Chinese, the price is fair, the people are nice, and it's a good selection. It's very casual which I like when I'm going to pig out.

great crab rangoons, they're rolls instead of triangle-y shapes

Initially I read this as, "Best place to grab raccoons?" Was really confused.

Oh shit. This made me laugh my ass off for some reason. 😂☠️

(Mostly because I could see it happening to me…

…the reading it wrong part…not the grabbing raccoons part, just so we’re clear.)

It’s not a Chinese restaurant, it’s an overpriced microbrewery near Westfarms mall called the tavern or something. You will be pleasantly surprised with how out of place and absolutely delicious they are

China Star East Haven. Little hole in the wall place but if you're looking for a good savory crab Rangoon that's the place. Also have amazing fried wontons

I like Infinity Buffet in Norwich. The buffet is pretty normal but the rangoons are light and crispy.

Just had my personal favorite ones from Riverside Thai in Chester. They’re like little crab cakes in wonton wrappers. I think it’s real crab rather than the cream cheese/imitation type ones served with the sweet sauce (also amazing when the craving is there)

Worth a little trip since the town center is pretty cute.
