HashBrownThreesom t1_ixkqtm8 wrote on November 24, 2022 at 4:20 AM I did my first fry a couple days ago. It is my go to method now. Just dry that bird out with paper towels. You can dry brine or dry rub it. Fry for 3 min per pound and boy howdy is it good. Permalink 1
