Lmao. Charleston is the exact opposite of the rest of SC.

And all over the state rent is that low, I just pulled numbers from Spartanburg as that’s where I’m from

This is run by Costar, so it's pretty reliable for apartment rents. There are two properties listed, and they appear to be age/income restricted.

The median rent is definitely well above $1,000 per month, perhaps more.
