Bait and switch Scam ?

exact email I got. They couldn’t sign me up for the good rate because they heard Eversource just upped theirs, good thing their buddy eversource stopped us from switching so they could up theirs too.

I got same message and just got a call from them. They said that my rate was locked in and that they got a lot of CT denied when applying so they are resubmitting. They said there is no need to make changes on my side and to just check emails

This is key, answering the call from Constellation about the problem. If you call them, you will get the sales team that will sign you up for a higher rate so they (assuming) get commission.

I got the same thing, but I thought I was locked in at the 13.10 rate. I had to go online and text them directly for support and after 20 mons they had to redo my whole account for some reason

It is Eversource that put a hold on switch to most customers based on whatever criteria they came up with.
