Friendly reminder! Citgo doesn't own or operate a single gas station (at least in the US). That store and the chain is Atlantis Fresh Market/Atlantis Management Group based out of Berlin and Mount Vernon, NY. I'd take it up with them before wasting your time with Citgo for something they're not even remotely responsible for.

Source: I used to perform regular gas station maintenance at those sites lol

The "Berlin convenience and deli" on 372's fridges don't just have mold everywhere but they have it on the drinks too. The place is a cesspool. They also have a deli that sells cold cuts and mayonnaise based salads if that makes anyone Hungry.

If only you were inside. Worked at plenty of those locations before quitting, milk jugs, cans/bottles drop & bust open. No one cleans the floor, just pick up the broken merchandise, scan it out & go about your shift. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never go inside but their gas is some of the cheapest in the state without needing to be a member, so I will usually go there to fill up.

They are an abhorrent company. I literally had to call the police who had to call the fire dept and health inspector to rescue three elderly and vulnerable women from a property they were renting to them. They’re incredibly unscrupulous, and every single town should be fighting to keep them out.

Witness to this story. It is 100% true. Atlantis bought the foodbags and cuts corners to save money for their bigwigs. Our town fought them for 2 years as they tried to flip zoning from residential to commercial to install a 5,000 square ft gas station in NEIGHBORHOOD. They HAVE no scruples and as they infiltrate CT, they will bring their habits of shabby standards to everywhere they exist. They own over 650 gas stations in New England and are run by CROOKS.

Yes, I actually work at an Atlantis gas station. My store is definitely not this gross but the company and "management" is incredibly corrupt/inept. The more I read this post the more I want to find a different job. ive never seen a higher turnover from people quitting b/c of how awful it is to work there. Atlantis "fresh" Market / no bueno

I randomly bumped into a gal who used to do marketing for the foodbag chain. She said when Atlantis took over they immediately began treating the existing employees very poorly and cutting corners wherever possible. She quit pretty soon after the take over because of the work conditions.
