Big Y. Aldi. They're called different things sometimes (like mini cucumbers) but they are Persian cucumbers.

Not sure if Persian Cucumbers are related to the Middle East but I recall my Turkish neighbors driving to Orange to the Farmers Market to get cucumbers (among some of the veggies that they purchase) not sure though it what you are looking for. Also not sure if it’s worth the drive for you

It’s a store, very similar to Patel brothers or other Asian grocery stores. No idea why they call it a farmers market lol. It is indoors and year round.

I'd call around to grocery stores near you, especially if there are any Asian groceries. But if you can't find them, there's a good chance that you can substitute regular cucumbers. Good luck with your recipe.
