I'd call around to grocery stores near you, especially if there are any Asian groceries. But if you can't find them, there's a good chance that you can substitute regular cucumbers. Good luck with your recipe.

If anyone will know, it'll be him. Plus the ice cream is delicious

Aren’t they the same as English cucumbers, the ones that come wrapped in plastic? If so, Big Y has them.

Big Y. Aldi. They're called different things sometimes (like mini cucumbers) but they are Persian cucumbers.

Not sure if Persian Cucumbers are related to the Middle East but I recall my Turkish neighbors driving to Orange to the Farmers Market to get cucumbers (among some of the veggies that they purchase) not sure though it what you are looking for. Also not sure if it’s worth the drive for you

Trader Joe’s! Or maybe whole foods.

I had sweet corn ice cream recently and I’m dying for more. Please consider sharing your cucumber ice cream recipe!
