Looking for a stuffed bao restaurant for girlfriend, around central CT. Most bao locations I can find are just flatter bao used like tacos, anyone know of one where they actually make the bao like a steamed dumpling?

Not bao but the 7 flavor wonton at shu in west hartford is amazing. I haven’t had good luck with stuffed bao.

There is one on main St Middletown. Very good but I can't think of the name. I'll add it if I find it but if you look in that area you'll find it
