Correct. I have a snap on dealer whos route I know and I can catch him. Unfortunately the tool I'm looking for is only available through Mac, but Mac trucks are proving rather difficult to find.

Depends on the driver/owner...name of the game is financing. Rando people flagging them down to buy a screwdriver or socket, not much to be gained
