Little City on the Avon/Simsbury town line is some of the best thin crust pizza around. Bar stool even rated them they have such a good rep.

It's too bad he didn't review Naples as well, it's not that far from there.

I had a roni pie from Naples and the sauce, crust and cheese were good but they put like 3 pepperonis per slice (very sparse) I was not impressed and that turned me off to that place.

Maybe I will give them another try sometime- but it really burned me, so I have to overcome that sting. Lots of good choices in CT- hard to go with a disappointment.

Speak the truth. Their $5 small cheese with a large specialty is a decent deal and feeds a family of 4

Naples in Farmington is good, it has been my go to since I moved back up here after living in Manhattan

Bottom line if you want NY style…go to NY

Michelangelo's in Rocky Hill on RT 3. Has been one of my favorites forever. Loved going there back in the 90s as a kid, they had all sorts of crap on the walls, it was cool. You also just walk through and order by the slice if you want and they always have at least a dozen to choose from.

I’m a bit spoiled where I live. E&D and Naples are straight NYC style and excellent. Little City feels like a cross between New Haven and NYC and is fantastic. If you need cheap and fast, Hot Heaven is pretty good.

All around the Avon / Farmington area.

Interesting. Joey’s pizza boxes say New Haven style.

It does but it’s not the coal fire style. More a straight oven ny style

It’s definitely closer to NYC style pizza than New Haven. It’s very good though!

Little Mazen in Simsbury sells a giant mozz or pepperoni slice (if you're not in the mood for a whole pie) and it's delicious. Hidden gem.
