If you drink we have awesome breweries in state. Otherwise driving through some of the more rural parts of the state like Litchfield hills can be a bit different. Also duck pin bowling is uniquely ct and surprisingly fun.

A bit unorthodox but I started studying and taking lessons for my private pilot license. One fun idea would be to find a local flight school and book a one hour discovery flight for the two of you. One of you sits at the controls next to the instructor and the other in the back. It’s a super fun way to see a good chunk of the state that she won’t forget. I think the going rate is between 200-250 bucks.

Outdoorsy activities in winter are underrated. Go ice skating at the Westport PAL rink or Walker Rink in New Haven. Winter hiking is great. Beaches are beautiful places to walk if you’re dressed for it. Also, check out the PEZ factory in Milford maybe!
