It's the same as the wake-up wrap (egg+cheese+protein) except with a pancake instead of tortilla. It also comes with maple syrup to dip it in. It's pretty good (for where you're getting it) but harder to eat on the go.

I allow myself cheat day’s occasionally. That sounds good. I like the wake up wraps.
