Tax cuts for a population that pays very little in taxes..... meanwhile my effective tax rate last year looks about 35% including federal, payroll, state, and property. Including sales it edges closer to 40%.
At what point have I paid my fair share?

You don't because our government refuses to punish people who make bad decisions that lead to poverty because no one can suffer. Except it comes off the backs of the middle class struggling to survive as it is.
